Sunday School:  There will be no Sunday school on 27 October (Half Term) and Sunday 3 November (Communion Service).

Campaigners recommenced for the year on Friday 20 September and continues to run on Friday nights.  The programme consists of fun activities, games, badge work and Bible truths presented in the relevant way.  

The venues continue in age groups as below:

  • Eagles – age 4 to Year 2 meeting 7:00 pm to 8:00 pm in the Hutton Room, Clogherney Presbyterian Church.  
  • Junos – Year 3 to Year 6 meeting 7:00 pm to 8:00 pm in the Youth Room, Clogherney Presbyterian Church.
  • Inters – Year 7 to Year 9 and Craftsmen Year 10 to Age 18, meeting 7.15 pm to 8.30 pm in Sixmilecross Presbyterian Church Hall.

PW:  The October Meeting will be held on Tuesday 8 October at 8:00 pm in the Minor Hall when we will have a speaker from Friendship House in Belfast to update us on their work.  All ladies in the congregation are most welcome.

Bowling Club meets each Monday at 8:00 pm in the church hall.  All old and new members are most welcome to join.

Badminton Club has recommenced for the season and is held at 8:30 pm each Friday evening, after Campaigners, in the Church Hall.  There will also be Badminton held in Clogherney Church Hall commencing on Tuesday 8 October at 8:00 pm.  All new and old members welcome

  • Thanks to everyone taking part  or who was involved in the preparation for this year’s harvest thanksgiving service.
  • Harvest Offering will be divided between the church repair fund and missions.  Missions being supported this year are Belfast City Mission, CEF, Faith Mission, Mission Aviation Fellowship and Every Home Crusade.

Cloughfin Youth Club recommences on Saturday 12 October from 7:30 pm – 10:00 pm in Cloughfin Orange Hall.  This is open to all young people aged 9 years and upwards.

The Police Male Voice Choir will be performing in

Clogherney Presbyterian Church

on Friday 1 November 2019 at 8:00 pm.

If Creche isn’t scheduled to be running, the minor hall is still available for use, if you want to watch your children in this area.  The TV Screen is easily turned on to view and the sound comes through the wall speaker so you can listen into the service, and take part in worship this way.
